Sogo Active Program

Sogo Active

Youth ages 13-19 and Community Host volunteers needed!

Sogo Active is a national youth engagement movement for physical activity. This Canadian-based program supports a for-youth, by-youth approach in increasing levels of physical activity for those aged 13-19 by drawing on the power of young people to reach out to their less active peers, to develop their leadership skills, and to break down the barriers to active living that many young people encounter. www.SogoActive.com provides youth with the opportunity to connect to other youth, take ownership, find ways to get active with peers and share information with others.
